— Sita wanting to become more than a disposable human weapon. | ||
Sita is the sixth Original, and has the ability to control sound. After escaping the labs, she became a model, quickly rising in popularity due to her strange looks, being dubbed "The Mysterious Beauty". Initially appearing as enigmatic and cold, deep down Sita feels a wallowing guilt for letting her previous manager be killed— in turn causing Sita to attempt to take her own life, (by stabbing her throat)— temporarily rendering her speechless. However a preceding gift, her choker allows her to talk via a robot voice.
Appearance
Sita, like the other eight originals, has white hair and yellow eyes with black pupils. She has long wavy white hair and tanned skin, and is canonically extremely beautiful with her manager, Raimond remarking that her "skin, hair, eye, nails... every beauty product out there is trying to replicate what [she] naturally has."
She wears black necklace custom-made by Raimond that restricts her voice from being amplified.
In season 1 during the Gala, SIta is seen wearing a long black dress with golden accessories. In season 2, she wears a wig with sunglasses and arrives at Maha Amba to help Nine and Atlas with the cure. In the second part of season 3, she is mostly seen wearing a long red dress with a black bow.

History
Sita and Raimund's first encounter.
After leaving the scientists' facility, Sita submitted an application to become a model, where she met Raimund. Out of curiosity, Raimund pursued Sita, and even after being surprised by her completely unknown origins, he promised to make her a star.[1]
However, as Raimund and Sita began to grow closer, with Raimund assuring of Sita's self-esteem, he accidentally discovered her supernatural abilities, in which Sita grew increasingly paranoid as time passed.[2] On the day he was kidnapped, Sita struggled to choose what is the 'right thing' to do, and eventually convinces herself that it would be better if he died, so that the only person who knows her secret would be gone forever. After seeing images of him being beaten up, his fingers cut and his severed head, Sita realises that she had always wanted Raimund to die just in case, believing that she is a horrible person, thus attempted suicide by stabbing herself in the throat.
However, once she woke up, she was told that Raimund was not kidnapped, but died of a heart attack. The messages with the kidnapper all disappeared, and she believed that none of it happened, and she only lost her mind over Raimund's death.[3] After a period of time, she received a package from Raimund, and it was the custom-made necklace that restricted her voice from being amplified, which he hoped would help her forget the past that she hated so much.[4]
It was only until recently when she saw the video recording of herself telling the kidnappers to kill Raimund that she remembered everything, feeling immense guilt in Raimund's death. She thought the least she could do was to avenge his death by killing Fyra, beliving that she was just a "monster," like everyone else, all along.[5] However, Nine stops her and convinces her that she can only find redemption not by taking revenge on Fyra, but by making up for things, starting now, reassuring her that it is not too late.[6] However, as she reaches her hand out to Nine, Atlas interferes and froze her to sleep.[7]
Relationships
Managers
Raimund
Raimund was Sita's previous and first manager, and played a significant role as her mentor as a dependable figure. Sita feels immense guilt over Raimund's death, and thought the only thing she could do now was to at least avenge him by killing the people who hurt him, including Fyra.[8]
Current manager/assistant
Although she believed that Raimund only died of a heart attack, she was afraid of getting close with them. Nevertheless, she cares greatly about their safety.
The Originals
Atlas
Although Sita was initially reluctant to help Atlas as she wants to protect her new life, free from her past traumas, she ultimately assists Nine and the T-2s after Atlas saved her life.[9] Now, she is currently captured and frozen in ice by Atlas.[7]
Nine
Indebted to Atlas, Sita arrived at Maha Amba to help Atlas and Nine with the cure. Without his memory, Nine asks Sita to remind him of their past. Sita is reluctant, afraid of reliving her past trauma that she had spent so long trying to forget, but ultimately decides to help him.[10]
Towards the end of season 3 part 1, as she was about to kill Fyra, Nine stops him and convinces her that she can only find redemption not by taking revenge on Fyra, but by making up for things, starting now, reassuring her that it is not too late. However, as she reaches her hand out to Nine, Atlas interferes and froze her to sleep.[11]
Fyra
Fyra deliberately provoked Sita, kidnapping her previous and current manager and assistant to force her into joining their fight against Atlas. After realising that Fyra was part of the military plan that kidnapped her pervious manager, Raimund, she tried to kill Fyra, believing that it was the least she could do to avenge Raimund.[8]
Powers and abilities
Sound manipulation
Sita has the ability to manipulate sound, and can amplify any surrounding sounds into creating explosions and destruction. She seems to struggle in controlling her own voice, as she often accidentally uses her powers, leading to Raimund discovering her supernatural abilities.
Thus, her customised necklace restricts her voice from being amplified, which Raimund hoped would help her forget the past that she hated so much, and can finally become a star without holding back. As she has largely neglected her ability, she struggles to properly control it.
Attack patterns
Explosions
Sita can amplify any surrounding sounds to create massive explosions, including sounds she creates by herself, such as clicking or biting her own fingers.
Amplification
She can amplify any sounds to create shockwaves that can stun her enemies, including her own and others' voices.
