Deus is the second Original, and has the ability to control metal. After the death of Vesta and the eventual escape of all the Originals, he enlisted himself as a soldier in the military. Although he believes to rival to Atlas in strength, he is far from it, being bested in battle several times over.

Appearance

As a child, Deus had short, straight, uneven white hair, and commonly wore black clothing.

After enlisting, he changed his hair to spiky and styled it upwards, his usual outfit consisting of a black tanktop with matching pants, and a dog tag. Interestingly, Deus has a large scars, on his right shoulder, and various parts of his body. However, following the events of Nine's awakening of his ability, Deus suffered major burn scars, the most notable ones being across the left side of his body, going from his hand all the way to the side of his head.

Personality

Deus is an arrogant figure, one of the first things he says to Sands is that he's the "strongest." Ontop of that, he has a very short temper and a foul mouth, seeing T-2s as "knock-offs" and that they are inferior to him and Originals.

Metal Manipulation

Deus has control over a variety of metal, even Tungsten. He mostly uses his piercings as weapons in small-scale battles, and switching to large metal pipes and whatever he can find in his surroundings during large scale battles. The range he encompasses is unknown, but it is atleast 20-30 meters long. As powerful as he is, Sands describes his control as "pretty awful"— as Deus causes the metal in his area to shake uncontrollably.
