From now on, if things start going wrong, take care of Nine and the others. If you can do that much, leave the rest to me.

Atlas, Episode 11

Episode 11 is the eleventh chapter of the Code Adam (WEBTOON) series by Atterozen. It was released on August 25, 2019.

Synopsis

Inside the shop, Lato flashes a card with a strange triangular symbol to one of the employees and is immediately ushered into a back room. While the others wait for him, Iantis explains that the shop is part of an alliance of top corporations across the country. Each executive possesses one of those cards, which allows them to access any other company's wares that they please. Nine asks why they happen to have a card, to which Iantis vaguely replies that it was to settle a debt some rich people owed them.

The conversation turns to humans who are affiliated with Horrors, Hinalea mentioning that the scientist responsible for the creation of the Originals is named Vesta. Nine remarks that the name sounds familiar, but Lato returns with their outfits before he can dwell on it further.

Back at the T-2s' base, the group talks about their new attire for the gala, Annie commenting that Nine's suit will never survive and requesting that he allow her to readjust it. Iantis notices Atlas standing apart from the rest of the group and walks over to him. He hands Atlas a tablet that contains articles about Sita for Atlas to read. When Atlas questions the gesture, the T-2 replies that Atlas has been locked away in the lab for years and that the additional information will help him better understand their situation, if he chooses to read it. He admits that they did drag both Atlas and Nine into this situation by breaking them out of the lab, but that as an Original, Atlas could have killed them by now if he had deemed them to be a threat. Atlas pauses, then says that he still doesn't completely trust them. However, he should be thanking them for helping him and Nine to escape the lab. He promises that if they truly intend to use the cure, then he'll side with them, as he doesn't want to see the Horrors continue to suffer. Atlas adds that he knows the T-2s are relying on the nine Originals, but that they likely won't live to see their goal accomplished because the Originals are much stronger and may not all agree with their cause. Solemnly, he asks Iantis to relay a message to the other T-2s: If trouble arises, take care of Nine and the other Originals and leave the rest to him. Puzzled, Iantis questions what just one person could do about the situation. Atlas chuckles and simply tells him to bear it in mind.
